Le Meridien Penina is 60 minutes drive from Faro airport and close to Alvor. This five star resort has everything on site to ensure a fantastic golf holiday! Decorated in rustic charm, this resort is for those who want to see a less commercial and peaceful side of the Algarve.

The rooms are fully equipped with en suite bathroom, mini-bar, direct dial telephone, room safe, air conditioning, satellite TV and hairdryer.

Le Meridien Penina offers a courtesy bus to the nearby superb sandy white beach. Overall, the Penina Resort offers comfort, elegance with a warm and friendly first class service. 24 hour room service available.

Cuisine: With five bars and three restaurants, the hotel offers fine dining and luxurious public lounges.

Facilities and Entertainment: The resort offers a golf academy (including academy course), tennis acadamy and horse riding, putting greens, restaurants, bars, live music, Olympic size swimming pool, gym, sauna and massage, circuit training, six floodlight tennis courts, and snooker.

Children: The Kids Penguin Village, (seasonal), is available for children from 6 months to 11 years. (Payable locally). With superb facilities and professionally supervised activities, you can be assured that your children will be safe and entertained while you are playing golf. There are discounted rates for Penina residents. Baby kits are available, including baby rocker, bottle sterilizer, bottle heater and baby bath.

Golf: There are three courses at Penina. The Championship, Resort and Academy. All Algarve courses are accessible from the Penina Resort and packages are changable to suit you requirements. Please see our course index for a full list of courses on offer.

Flights: Flight prices are not included in our packages as we realise you would like the option tfly from your nearest local airport. Just call one of our sales team and we will find you a flight that suits your budget, flying you from your local airport to your chosen destination.

Car hire/Airport Transfer: Aiport transfer from Faro to the Penina Resort is availble as an alternative to car hire. Please let us know if this is your preferred option.
