The A and D courses of Quinta do Lago were designed by William Mitchell and Joseph Lee. Situated in an outstanding resort area with the background of the Natural park of Ria Formosa

There are several lakes present, especially on the front nine. There are four par 5's on this course that afford some fine views. One of the outstanding holes is the par 4 tenth, 358 metres.

Off the elevated tee you look over some of the magnificent villas and houses on the estate. The tee shot has to be almost perfect on this hole, with the tree's lurking to the right. If you manage a par on this hole, you have done well! Overall, Quinta do Lago requires accuracy off the tees.

Handicap requirements:- Men 28, and Ladies 36.

Facilities include:- Driving Range, Putting Green, Golf Academy, Restaurant, Bar, Tennis and Golf shop.
